We will be having a board meeting on Wednesday, February 17th at 7pm. Meetings are held at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305 in their lounge area. The agenda will include fines for late assessments, discussion on possible Resolution 1 reform, and formation of the Emergency Response committee. We are still looking for volunteers for the Emergency Response committee. Anyone interested can contact the President or you may inquire about it at the meeting.
Opt- in for emails
In an effort to run the HOA more efficiently, we are asking Homeowners to opt-in for email communications. Please click on the “ACC policies, forms and info” tab, then click the “consent for electronic communication” document. Simply fill out the form and return it via email, mail or hand deliver it to a current board member. By receiving documents via email, you will help save the HOA money on stamps, paper, envelopes and printing costs.
Emergency Response Committee
The Board would like to form a new committee that will respond to the needs of the neighborhood in time of an emergency. This committee will devise emergency plans, visit homeowners who may need extra help in time of an emergency and provide safety information to the neighborhood. If you are interested in joining this committee please contact the President.
New ACC Chairperson
Last night the board appointed Lance Kinley to the position of ACC Chairperson. Congratulations and thank you Lance for volunteering!
Board Meeting
There will be a board meeting on January 20,2016 at 7pm at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305. The agenda will include a vote on the ACC chairperson position, annual report for 2015 and late assessment fines for 2016. We will also discuss the possibility of a new emergency response committee and future community work projects and functions. Hope to see you there!
HOA fees are now due
Happy New Year! 2016 is now upon us, which means HOA fees are due. All fees must be paid in full by January 15th or a late fee may be applied. Remember, fees have increased to $210 for the year. Please contact the HOA treasurer if you have any questions or need assistance with your payment. Thank you to those who have already sent in your checks. We appreciate your support and look forward to this new year!

First and foremost, we have POWER! Thank you to everyone that attended the Annual Meeting last night, the Board appreciates your support.
