Hello! As we come into the hottest month of the year, this is a reminder that everyone must water their lawns on a weekly basis. We understand that browning and yellowing will happen in the heat, but allowing your lawn to die and bare spots to form is not acceptable. Dried out lawns and shrubbery become fire hazards. There will be a board meeting on Wednesday, June 10th, at 7pm. The meeting will be held at house number 2734. Members are welcome to attend, however attendance is not mandatory. Thank you!

This is a reminder that all homeowners and their renters are responsible for maintaining their property. Currently, we have several trees/bushes that need to be pruned away from the sidewalk, flower beds that need to be weeded, and grass that needs to be watered and mowed. We also ask that everyone take the time to remove grass and weeds from the sidewalk in front of their house. This can quickly be done with a weed whacker. We appreciate the hard work of those who care for their properties and make the neighborhood an enjoyable place to live.
