Due to the weather, we have decided to extend the contest and announce the winners on October 25th. This will give everyone 2 extra weekends to get your house decorated for Halloween!

There will be a board meeting Friday, October 8th at 7pm. Meeting will be held at the Secretary’s house. The agenda will include finalizing/approving Annual Meeting documents. All members are welcome to attend, however, due to Covid we ask that you submit questions or concerns via email instead.

Congratulations to 2686, lot 13 on being this month’s Yard of the Month winner! This ends our Yard of the Month contest for the year, but we do have two more contests coming up. In October, we have the Best Halloween Decorations contest. Then, in December, the Best Holiday Decorations contest. In both contests, 2 homeowners will receive a sign to display for the month and a gift card from Home Depot. Winners will be announced on the 15th of each month. We look forward to seeing the neighborhood decorated for the season!!

We are sorry to announce that the HOA sponsored BBQ on Sunday, August 29^th has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.  We are still working on future neighborhood functions and will announce them when we confirm those dates.  Our neighborhood has seen many new families move in over the past year and we encourage everyone to welcome/meet them on their own time.  Thank you for your understanding and hope another event will happen real soon!

We have a slot open for this Saturday’s work party (August 14th). Volunteers earn a $15 credit toward their 2022 HOA Assessment. We begin work at 9am and weed/prune the front common area for about 30 minutes. Volunteers will need to use their own gardening tools. Please be careful when power washing the sidewalks. We have noticed that some of the curb numbers are harder to read. When power washing, please do not direct the stream towards the curb numbers. If you wash your numbers away, it will be your responsibility to repaint them. Thank you!
