A neighbor has reported their car was broken into last night around 3am. They were able to capture the guy on video. Please be advised that car/house break ins are on the rise in our area. Take extra precautions to keep prowlers away from you, your family and your property. We encourage everyone to keep house lights on at night, being our neighborhood has so few streetlights. Please remember to lock all doors/windows and keep valuables out of sight. Thieves want to take the path of least resistance, so put as many obstacles as you can between you and them!

In 2017, the Landscape Work Program was born out of frustration over hired landscapers who overcharged us and didn’t do the work we asked them to do. This is a great program that many homeowners have participated in and everyone has benefited from. Unfortunately, this summer we have no volunteers! The HOA offers $25 credits toward the next year’s assessment for doing 30 minutes of yard work (weeding, pruning, raking) in the front common area. Hello! One of our neighbors brought this to my attention and I thought I would pass it along. KPUD is conducting a survey to see which neighborhoods would like high speed internet via fiber optic cable. This is a reminder that the Annual HOA Easter Egg Hunt is tomorrow, April 16th at 10:30am. This is an all ages event, from our babies to teens, you’re all invited!! Please meet at the grassy area at the front of the neighborhood. Those who are placing eggs on your front yard, should have them out by 10am so your house can be marked. If you have not contacted the Secretary, please do so today so you can be added to the list of participating houses. The children will be instructed to only enter yards that have been marked.
