Congratulations to lot 21, 2734 and lot 22, 2740 on having this year’s best holiday decorations! Be sure to check out the lights and decor on display. Some neighbors had some pretty fun ideas! Thank you to everyone who participated, the neighborhood always looks so cheerful and bright during the holiday season. Happy holidays!

12/11-12/12 the sidewalk in the front of the development will be demolished and a new concrete pad poured. Please keep away from the area until the work is complete and the concrete cured. There should be tape put up at the site. Please let the kids know not to play there and keep pets away as well. It looks like they will demolish and remove roots today, then pour the concrete tomorrow. The concrete needs 24 hours to cure before we can walk on it again. Any updates to the timeline will be posted. Thank you for your cooperation!

There will be a board meeting December 8th at 7pm. Meeting will be held at 2740. Members are welcome to attend, however, attendance is not mandatory.

The 2024 HOA Assessment notices have been mailed/emailed. Assessment is due January 1st. Please take notice that the assessment was changed to $250 this year. If your assessment is paid through an escrow account, you will need to contact your bank/mortgage company to have that updated. Unpaid assessments will receive a $25 late fee plus interest. Check in will begin at 1:30pm and the meeting will start promptly at 2pm. If you were given a proxy by another member, please be sure to give that to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.
