Saturday, August 6th at 4pm, we will be having our community potluck.  We will meet in front of house #2740.  HOA will provide the hot dogs.  Please bring a chair and a dish to share!

There will be a board meeting on Wednesday, August 3rd at 10am at President’s home(2740).  The agenda will include preparations for community potluck, maintenance standards and discussion on positions to be filled.

There will be a board meeting on July 6th at Safeway at 7pm.  The agenda will include discussion on secretary vacancy, open ACC positions and community potluck.

We are sad to announce that Julie Poplawski has tendered her resignation.  The Board has accepted her resignation and the Secretary position is now vacant.  The President will now perform all duties of the Secretary until the vacancy can be filled.  A letter with more information will be sent out in the coming weeks.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the president at avondaleglenpresident@gmail.com.

Thank you to everyone who came out to help today.  Many hands made quick work and we appreciate it.  You may notice that the Avondale Glen signs are gone.  These signs are 10 years old and in need of some TLC.  Once the weather improves, the wood will be stained and the signs will be brought back, touched up and fixed.

This is a reminder that we will be having a work party on Sunday, May 22 @1pm.  We will meet at the front common area to clean up the signs and some yard work.  After, we will meet at President’s house for a small pot luck.  Please bring drinks or a snack to share.
