Everyone should have received their information packet for the HOA Annual Meeting of the Members. If you have not received this packet, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail as soon as possible! The meeting is set for Sunday, November 13th at 2pm. If you are unable to attend in person, you have two options: you can participate via Zoom or you can sign a proxy. The proxy can be for quorum count only or you may assign another neighbor who is attending the meeting to vote on your behalf. The virtual participation document must be received either by mail or email on November 12th. If proxy is mailed, it must be received by November 12th. Proxy may be given in person or by email prior to the start of the meeting. Questions, comments, concerns may be emailed to the Secretary. Thank you!

Congratulations to Lot 21, 2734 and Lot 22, 2740 on having the best Halloween decorations this year. The last contest of the year will happen December 15th where the ACC will name 2 homeowners with the best Holiday decorations. In the meantime, check out our Halloween winners and we hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween night!

We are looking for two volunteers to help with the work party this Saturday, October 22nd. We will meet at 4pm, so if you haven’t been able to help in the morning, here’s an opportunity! It may still feel like summer, but Halloween is just around the corner! On October 15th, the ACC will be picking their two favorite decorated houses to win a $25 gift card from Home Depot and a sign to show the Trick or Treaters that you are the best! So get decorating and enjoy the sun while it lasts!
