Board Meeting

There will be a board meeting on January 20,2016 at 7pm at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305.  The agenda will include a vote on the ACC chairperson position, annual report for 2015 and  late assessment fines for 2016.  We will also discuss the possibility of a new emergency response committee and future community work projects and functions.  Hope to see you there!

HOA fees are now due

Happy New Year!  2016 is now upon us, which means HOA fees are due.  All fees must be paid in full by January 15th or a late fee may be applied.  Remember, fees have increased to $210 for the year.  Please contact the HOA treasurer if you have any questions or need assistance with your payment.  Thank you to those who have already sent in your checks.  We appreciate your support and look forward to this new year!

Winners of Decoration Contest

Congratulations to Lance and Christy Kinley and Brian Luzader for being this year’s contest winners.  Thank you to everyone who put up decorations this year.  Our neighborhood looks so beautiful with all the twinkling lights!  Hope everyone has a wonderful and safe holiday!

Board Meeting

There will be a Board Meeting December 9,2015 at 7pm.  Please join us at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305 (seating area near the Deli).  The agenda will include the Treasurer turn over and discussion about ACC Chairperson appointment.

First and foremost, we have POWER! Thank you to everyone that attended the Annual Meeting last night, the Board appreciates your support. I would like to congratulate our newly elected Board members, Sheri Martinek as President, Jessica Montes as Treasurer, and Julie Poplawski as Secretary. With Sheri’s new position, the Board is looking for nominations of those interested in becoming ACC Chair. Please email your interest to avondaleglenpresident@gmail.com. The minutes from our meeting are being drafted and will be available online soon.

Annual Meeting

Tomorrow is the last day to get your Proxy to the Board if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting. You may hand deliver to house number 2614. Proxies received after Tuesday, November 17, will not be eligible for the meeting. If you are the holder of a Proxy, please remember to bring it with you to the meeting Wednesday, November 18. If a Proxy is not in hand for the meeting, it will not count towards a quorum or vote. Hope to see everyone at the meeting.

We are one week away from our Annual Members Meeting. The meeting takes place at the Poulsbo Library, downstairs classroom, at 7 pm. Sign in begins at 6:45 pm. Please remember to mail or bring in Proxies that you may have. Hope to see you all there.

Annual Meeting

This is just a friendly reminder that our Annual Members meeting is two weeks away, Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 7:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the Poulsbo Library, downstairs classroom, sign in begins at 6:45 pm. Please remember to fill out and return your Proxy, no later than November 17, if you are unable to attend. A quorum is necessary for actions that need to be taken at this meeting. We will have a representative from Reid Property present to explain how they can assist our HOA, as well as answer any questions members may have regarding the hiring a professional management company, including cost and services provided. If you are interested in becoming the Secretary or Treasurer, please come prepared to nominate and speak on your behalf.

On a separate note, all meeting minutes can be found on this website. On these minutes, you will find references to attachments. All attachments are officially recorded in the Board’s Meeting Minute binder, and are available for review upon request. The attachments cannot be seen via the website, the Board apologizes for any inconvenience.

Hope to see all of you at our annual meeting. We have many new neighbors, and this will be a great opportunity to meet.

Halloween Decorations

Congratulations to this year’s Halloween decoration contest winners; it was a tie between Brian Luzadar and Glen and Tina Johnston. We want to thank everyone that made their homes festive and fun for trick-or-treaters.
