The Best Halloween Decorations contest winners are Lot 21, 2734 and Lot 22, 2740. Be sure to check out these spooktacular homes at night! Our last contest of the year will be for the Best Holiday Decorations. Homes will be judged on December 15th. Two winners will receive a $20 gift certificate for Home Depot. Good luck!

We have received a complaint about a dog barking in the early morning hours. If you own a dog and they are barking, please bring them in so they do not disturb your neighbors. Thank you!

There will be a board meeting on October 7th at 7:30pm, held at 2735. This meeting is to prep for the annual meeting held in November. Member attendance is welcomed, but not necessary. Thank you!
