The Board will be meeting on Thursday, October 13th at 7pm.  Meeting will be held at the President’s house (2740).  The Board will finalize plans for the Annual meeting in November.  Members are always welcome to attend and observe board meetings, however, attendance is not necessary.

Last night the Board appointed Karen Knezevich as the new ACC Chairperson.  Congratulations Karen and thank you for volunteering!  Due to a lack of interest, the remaining 2 ACC positions and Secretary position will remain empty.  President and Treasurer will fill the ACC positions and the President will continue to perform the Secretary duties.  We will hold an election at the next Annual Meeting in November to fill the Secretary seat.  The President’s term will also be up and voted on as well.

There will be a board meeting on August 17,2016 @7pm.  Meeting will be held at  Safeway (lounge area).  The agenda will include ACC appointments and vote on maintenance standards.

Saturday, August 6th at 4pm, we will be having our community potluck.  We will meet in front of house #2740.  HOA will provide the hot dogs.  Please bring a chair and a dish to share!
