Saturday, March 18th at 1pm the board will be hosting a meeting for the homeowners at the Secretary’s house (2740).  We will be discussing the Landscape Work Program, where homeowners can earn credits towards their 2018 assessments.  Those who attend the meeting will be able to sign up for the work parties.  If you are unable to attend but are interested in this program you can click the “Landscape Work Program” tab on Monday to view available days.  In order to be eligible for work credits, homeowners must contact the Secretary to sign up!

So sorry for the last minute notice but the Treasurer is sick and won’t be able to host tonight’s meeting.  At this point it looks like the meeting will be postponed.  Thank you for your understanding!

The Board will be meeting on Thursday, March 16th at 7pm.  Meeting will be held at the Treasurer’s house (2650).  The agenda will include landscape meeting prep.  Members are always welcome to attend and observe board meetings, however, attendance is not necessary.

The Board will be meeting on Sunday, February 26th at 10am.  Meeting will be held at the common area.  The Board will be discussing what work needs to be done in the common area and what needs to be purchased.  Meetings are open to everyone, however, member attendance is not necessary.

The Board will be meeting on Thursday, February 23rd at 7pm.  Meeting will be held at the President’s house (2662).  The agenda will include ERC set up, survey results and landscaping prep.  Members are always welcome to attend and observe board meetings, however, attendance is not necessary.

This is a friendly reminder that trash cans need to be brought in Friday night.  The only exception to the rule is when the trash has not been picked up.  If you plan to be out of town, please ask your neighbor to bring in the can(s).  Thank you!

The Board has appointed Chad Lynch and Janna Darrow to the ACC.  The Board has also appointed Karen Knezevich, Steve Meredith, and  Joe Martinek to the ERC.  We appreciate you all volunteering for these positions and look forward to working with you.  Thank you and congratulations!

The 2017 HOA assessment of $210 is now overdue.  If you have yet to pay your assessment, please do so as soon as possible.  Overdue assessments will be receiving a late fee (CC&Rs Article 4, Section 4.12).  Notices will be sent out towards the end of the month, so you still have time to send in payments without penalty.  If you are experiencing a hardship and need to arrange a payment plan, please contact the board, emails are under the “Contacts and Info.” tab.
