There will be an Annual Meeting held on Saturday, November 3rd at the Secretary’s garage (2740).  Member sign in will begin at 1:30pm, meeting will start promptly at 2pm.  Please be sure to assign another homeowner as your proxy if you are unable to attend.   Proxy can be emailed (avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com), mailed (PO Box 175, Poulsbo, WA 98370) or  the homeowner attending the meeting can deliver it in person to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting.  Contact the Secretary if you have any questions.  We look forward to seeing everyone in attendance!

We have an open spot available for the last work party of the season on Saturday, October 27th at 9am.  We will be pruning/raking/weeding the garden beds.  All volunteers receive a $10 credit towards their 2019 assessment for 30 minutes of work.  If you are interested, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com. 2018 Annual Meeting notice and 2019 proposed budget has been sent to all homeowners.  Those who receive emails should have received it today, October 15th.  If you did not receive the email, please check your spam folder.  If the email is no where to be found, be sure to contact the HOA Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com.  Those who receive documents via US Mail should see the notice by the end of the week, if not sooner.  Hope to see everyone at the meeting!

It’s time to dust off the ghosts and goblins and put up your best Halloween display!  The ACC members will be coming around this week to vote for their favorite decorations.  Two homeowners will receive a $20 Home Depot gift card and a sign to show they are the best!  So let’s have some fun and make this neighborhood a SPOOKTACULAR place to Trick or Treat!

Homeowners, if you own a dog please clean up after it!  We are finding poop on the sidewalks and an abundant amount in the common area grass and garden beds.  It’s not only an eyesore but it’s a health issue.  Those who clean up the common area are your neighbors, who volunteer to make the front look nice and inviting.  Please show some appreciation and consideration by not leaving a disgusting mess for them to clean up!  Thank you!

Congratulations to 2741, lot 42 on being September’s Yard of the Month winner!  This is the last Yard of the Month contest for the year.  Congratulations to all of our winners.  Next contest will be in October for the best Halloween decorations.
