There will be a board meeting on February 13, 2019 at 6:30pm.  Meeting will be held at the President’s house (2734).  Agenda will include discussion of late assessments.   Members are welcome to attend the meeting, however, attendance is not necessary.

The 2019 HOA assessment was due January 1st.  If you have not paid your assessment, do so ASAP!  All overdue assessments will receive a fine on January 15th.  If you are unable to pay your assessment at this time, please contact the HOA Treasurer to set up a payment plan and avoid monthly fines.  Thank you!

The 2019 HOA assessment notice has been mailed/emailed today, November 27th.  For those who receive documents via email, you should have received that notice today.  Those receiving documents via mail should have their notice by Friday.  Please contact the HOA Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com if you have not received your notice.  Anyone experiencing financial hardships should contact the HOA Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan.  Remember assessments are due in full January 1, 2019.  Payments not received by this date will incur a late fee unless a payment plan has been arranged.  Thank you!
