Work being done in the neighborhood

Please mark Friday, September 25, 2020 on your calendars.  Newline Services will be in the neighborhood painting house numbers on the curbs.  This is a project that was voted on by the HOA members during the last annual meeting and was budgeted for.  It is very important that all residents and their guests not block the curbs on this day.  Please do not park on the street.  Thank you!

CC&R reminder!!

We would like to remind everyone that yard signs (with some exceptions) are not allowed in this neighborhood according to Section 9.7  of the CC&Rs.  Also, recreational vehicles (RVs, campers, boats, etc)  may not be parked on driveways or in the street (CC&Rs Section 7.5).  There is a 24 hour allowance for loading and unloading but beyond that they must be stored in  your garage or off the premise.  We have allowed in the past, extensions to those who asked due to specific circumstances.  We encourage everyone to read the CC&Rs and familiarize yourself with the rules of the neighborhood.  You may find this document under the “Governing Documents and Forms” tab.   Thank you!
