This is a reminder that the 2022 HOA Assessment is due January 1st. Notices were sent December 1st and all homeowners should have received it by now. If you have not received your notice, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com. If you are experiencing financial hardships, please contact the Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan. All late assessments will receive a late fee in addition to interest. Also, homeowners who pay late will not receive the $50 rebate check in February. The 2022 HOA assessment notice has been emailed/mailed today, Dec. 1st. If you receive your documents via email and did not receive your notice, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com. Mailed notices should be received in the next couple of days. Assessments are due January 1st. If you are having financial issues and wish to arrange a payment plan, please contact the Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com. As a reminder, over due assessments will receive a late fee of $25 plus monthly interest (Those who arrange and fulfill their payment plans do not incur a late fee or interest). Thank you!

Congratulations to 2698, lot 15 and 2740, lot 22 on having the best Halloween decorations in the neighborhood! Our next contest will be held in December for the Best Holiday Decorations. Judging will happen on December 15th. Two winners will be chosen and will win a sign to display on their front yard and a $20 gift certificate to Home Depot. We hope everyone has a safe and spooktacular Halloween!
