A summer newsletter has been sent out. If you receive documents via email, the document was sent July 30th. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam/trash folder and be sure to mark the HOA email address as safe. If all of your folders are empty, please let the Secretary know so we can fix whatever issue is occurring. For those receiving hard copies via US Mail, you should get them sometime this week.

Board Meeting
There will be a board meeting on Saturday, July 22nd at 10am (meeting will occur after the common area landscaping is done). Meeting will be held at the Secretary’s house (2740). All homeowners are welcome, however, attendance is not necessary.
