Congratulations to lots 10 (2668) and 22 (2740) for having the best Halloween decorations!  Be sure to stop by Halloween night to check out their displays.  Next contest will be in December for the best holiday decorations.  Be sure to have your decorations by the 15th to have a chance to win a $20 gift card and a sign to display with pride!

Hello everyone!  A neighbor has asked that we send a post asking if everyone could check their mailbox to see if they received a package that was delivered to them by mistake.  It would be a smaller sized package, one that could fit in the mailbox not left on the porch.  If you have it, please take it to the house it belongs to, or reply to this post and a board member will retrieve it.  Thank you!

This is a friendly reminder that trash cans are to be removed by Friday night and stored out of sight (CC&Rs Article 9, section 9.11). The only exception to this rule is if the trash is not collected on collection day (Friday) by Bainbridge Disposal or City of Poulsbo.  Trash bins left out longer than 24 hours is not only a violation of the CC&Rs but they are an eyesore.  They impede the right of way on the sidewalk and pose a potential liability to the Homeowners Association.  If you plan to go out of town, please ask a neighbor to help with your cans.  Help us keep the Avondale Glen community beautiful and safe!  Thank you!

A volunteer is needed to work this Saturday, September 14th at 9am.  We will spend about 30 minutes pruning the bushes in the common area.  All volunteers will receive a $15 credit towards their 2020 assessment.  If you are able to help, please contact the HOA Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com .  Thank you!
