The HOA Annual Meeting of the Members is set to take place on November 13,2022 at 2pm. Meeting notices have been mailed/emailed. If you receive documents via email and have not received your meeting notice, please check your spam/trash folders. It is very important that all members participate in some way; whether it be in person, via Zoom or by proxy. Congratulations to Lot 21, 2734 and Lot 22, 2740 on having the best Halloween decorations this year. The last contest of the year will happen December 15th where the ACC will name 2 homeowners with the best Holiday decorations. We are looking for two volunteers to help with the work party this Saturday, October 22nd. We will meet at 4pm, so if you haven’t been able to help in the morning, here’s an opportunity! It may still feel like summer, but Halloween is just around the corner! On October 15th, the ACC will be picking their two favorite decorated houses to win a $25 gift card from Home Depot and a sign to show the Trick or Treaters that you are the best! So get decorating and enjoy the sun while it lasts!

Congratulations to 2675, lot 31 on being this month’s Yard of the Month Winner! This concludes this year’s Yard of the Month contest. Thank you to everyone who has worked hard on maintaining their yards, the neighborhood looks great! Our next contest will be in October, where we will be awarding 2 homeowners prizes for the best Halloween decorations.

We need one volunteer to help clean up the front common area this Saturday, August 27th at 9am. Volunteers will received a $25 credit towards their 2023 HOA Assessment for doing 30 minutes of raking, weeding and pruning.
