Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
*UPDATED 11/8/25: Due to the inability to find volunteers to fill open positions, the ACC responsibilities have been absorbed by the board members. The HOA President will act as ACC Chairperson, and the Secretary and Treasurer will act as ACC members. This committee will return in the future if members are willing to volunteer and do the work. This does not change HOA rules regarding approval for projects!
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is made up of three members appointed by the HOA Board. It is the job of the ACC to approve or deny project submission forms based on the CC&Rs, HOA maintenance standards, and the HOA Policies and Guidelines. The ACC also runs the Yard of the Month contest, Halloween decorations contest, and Holiday Decorations contest. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to acquire approval from the ACC for ALL outdoor projects before any work is done. Homeowners who do not receive approval will be given a violation notice from the HOA Board, which could result in a fine. In addition, the HOA Board may require homeowners to fix any unapproved project that violates the CC&Rs, HOA Policies and Guidelines, and Maintenance Standards or is viewed to affect property values negatively, clashes with existing aesthetics, or is deemed unsafe.

**Currently existing paint colors (or similar) in the neighborhood are the only paint colors the ACC will consider for approval. Please contact the ACC chairperson or the owner of the house paint you like to get the name/number. Always include where you are painting the color (trim, body, door,etc) on your approval forms.
