The 2025 HOA Assessment has been mailed/emailed to all the members. If you did not received your notice, you may contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com or click here to view the pdf.
Assessments are due on January 1, 2025. If you cannot pay the assessment by January 1st, please respond to this email or contact the treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to arrange an extension or payment plan. Members who meet their extension/payment plan terms will not incur late fees or interest.
Please note, the HOA Board members will no longer accept hand-delivered checks. All assessments must be mailed to the HOA PO Box address provided on the notice. This is to ensure proper legal documentation of when payments are made. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
The HOA needs a President! In order for the HOA to continue to operate under the management of the homeowners, all board positions must be filled. The board is currently looking into hiring a management company in the event of no volunteers. If you don’t want the added expense of an outside management company (it will be a significant increase in assessment fees!) then please volunteer. The time commitment is minimal, most work is done through email correspondence.
