There is a position open for the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Commitment for this position is minimal and done mainly via email. Volunteers nominate homes for contests, vote to approve/deny approval forms, and help the HOA Board by ensuring homeowners are following the CC&Rs and Maintenance Standards. Volunteers should have a basic knowledge of the CC&Rs and Maintenance Standards (documents can be found on the website by clicking the “Governing Documents and Forms” tab).
