The 2024 HOA Assessment of $250 is due today. If you have not mailed your check yet, do it now! All accounts with a balance on January 15th will receive a $25 late fee plus interest. If you are unable to pay your assessment at this time, please respond to this post or contact the Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to request a payment plan. Fulfilled payment plans do not pay late fees or interest. Thank you!
