12/11-12/12 the sidewalk in the front of the development will be demolished and a new concrete pad poured. Please keep away from the area until the work is complete and the concrete cured. There should be tape put up at the site. Please let the kids know not to play there and keep pets away as well. It looks like they will demolish and remove roots today, then pour the concrete tomorrow. The concrete needs 24 hours to cure before we can walk on it again.
