Please mark you calendars and plan to attend this year’s Annual Meeting of the Members on Sunday, November 5th. Check in begins at 1:30 pm, with the meeting starting promptly at 2pm. Please be sure to mail/email your virtual participation forms if you wish to attend via Zoom by November 4th. If you can not attend this meeting, please assign another member as your proxy. Proxies must be received by mail/email by November 4th or it can be given to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Congratulations to 2734, lot 21 and 2740, lot 22 on having this year’s best Halloween decorations! Our next contest will be in December for the best holiday decorations. We hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween!

Do you have a home phone line (landline)? Someone ran over what looks to be a phone utility box at the top of the loop. The homeowner who found the box tried to contact various utility companies with no luck. If you have a line that is not working, please contact your provider and report the incident. Thank you!

There will be a board meeting Saturday, October 14th at 4pm. Meeting will be held at 2740. Board will be preparing for the November annual meeting. Members are welcomed to attend, but attendance is not required.

If you haven’t done it yet, get those Halloween decorations up this week! The ACC will be judging houses this Sunday, October 15th for the Best Halloween Decorations contest. Good luck!
