Reported Car Break In

There was a report that a car in our neighborhood was broken into within the last week. Unfortunately, the HOA does not have much information about this, a neighbor forwarded a message to the Secretary from another app. There are many neighborhood apps out there, but not everyone is on them. If you want your neighbors to be informed of any important news that may effect them, the best way to do this is through the HOA Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com. The Secretary can create a post/email that will get to the majority of neighbors very quickly. Please encourage new neighbors to join our website mailing list, so everyone can stay up to date on the happenings in the neighborhood. Car break ins were an issue all last summer and it appears the problem is back. Please remember to lock your doors and keep valuables out of sight. Let your neighbors know when you are going out of town, so they can watch your property. As the holiday lights begin to come down, the neighborhood will become very dark again. Keep your outdoor lights on or install motion detecting security lights. Do all that you can to help deter this activity from this neighborhood. Thank you!
