This is a reminder that the HOA Annual Meeting of the Members is today, November 13th. Registration begins at 1:30pm and we will begin promptly at 2pm. If you are unable to attend, please assign another member as your proxy. Click this link for the form: https://avondaleglen.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/avondale-glen-hoa-proxy-2022.pdf . Not sure who to assign as your proxy? You may assign a board member: Sheri Martinek, Eric Rust or Rick Darrow. If you don’t feel comfortable having someone vote on your behalf, choose the for quorum count only option. It is very important that we reach a quorum so we can conduct business. All proxies must be turned in to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Thank you!

Everyone should have received their information packet for the HOA Annual Meeting of the Members. If you have not received this packet, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail as soon as possible! The meeting is set for Sunday, November 13th at 2pm. If you are unable to attend in person, you have two options: you can participate via Zoom or you can sign a proxy. The proxy can be for quorum count only or you may assign another neighbor who is attending the meeting to vote on your behalf. The virtual participation document must be received either by mail or email on November 12th. If proxy is mailed, it must be received by November 12th. Proxy may be given in person or by email prior to the start of the meeting. Questions, comments, concerns may be emailed to the Secretary. Thank you!
