The HOA Annual Meeting of the Members is set to take place on November 13,2022 at 2pm. Meeting notices have been mailed/emailed. Congratulations to Lot 21, 2734 and Lot 22, 2740 on having the best Halloween decorations this year. The last contest of the year will happen December 15th where the ACC will name 2 homeowners with the best Holiday decorations. In the meantime, check out our Halloween winners and we hope everyone has a fun and safe Halloween night!

We are looking for two volunteers to help with the work party this Saturday, October 22nd. We will meet at 4pm, so if you haven’t been able to help in the morning, here’s an opportunity! There will be a board meeting Friday, October 7th at 7pm. Meeting will be held at 2740. The agenda for this meeting is the annual meeting prep. Members are welcomed to attend, however, presence is not necessary. Thank you!

It may still feel like summer, but Halloween is just around the corner! On October 15th, the ACC will be picking their two favorite decorated houses to win a $25 gift card from Home Depot and a sign to show the Trick or Treaters that you are the best! So get decorating and enjoy the sun while it lasts!
