In 2017, the Landscape Work Program was born out of frustration over hired landscapers who overcharged us and didn’t do the work we asked them to do. This is a great program that many homeowners have participated in and everyone has benefited from. Unfortunately, this summer we have no volunteers! The HOA offers $25 credits toward the next year’s assessment for doing 30 minutes of yard work (weeding, pruning, raking) in the front common area.
