Work Party Program in Jeopardy

In 2017, the Landscape Work Program was born out of frustration over hired landscapers who overcharged us and didn’t do the work we asked them to do. This is a great program that many homeowners have participated in and everyone has benefited from. Unfortunately, this summer we have no volunteers! The HOA offers $25 credits toward the next year’s assessment for doing 30 minutes of yard work (weeding, pruning, raking) in the front common area. Please review the open slots and consider helping out, https://avondaleglen.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/landscape-work-party-sign-up-sheet-2022-1.pdf . Usually we meet on Saturday mornings at 9am. However, we can adjust time and day. Please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com if interested. Thank you!

KPUD- Fiber Optic Cable

Hello! One of our neighbors brought this to my attention and I thought I would pass it along. KPUD is conducting a survey to see which neighborhoods would like high speed internet via fiber optic cable. This link, https://kpud.servicezones.net/Home/Benefits, explains what fiber optic cable is and this link, https://kpud.servicezones.net/poulsbo, is the actually survey. The more people who express interest, the more likely we are to get it.
