Spring is just around the corner, which means it is time to sign up for the landscape work party program. Homeowners are able to exchange working in the neighborhood common area for credits toward their 2023 HOA assessment. How it works: Homeowners may contact the HOA Secretary to sign up for specific days to prune, weed, or rake the common area. Volunteers use their own tools. Work takes place on Saturday mornings at 9am and is usually complete within 30 minutes. After work is complete, volunteers receive a $25 credit towards their 2023 assessment with a cap of $210 for the year. Children are allowed to participate, however, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There are only 2 slots available every other week between April and October. Please limit your request to 4 dates at first.
