It has been reported that there have been car/home break ins around Poulsbo Middle school. This is just a reminder that while we are a nice, quiet neighborhood, we are not immune to crime. Lock up your homes, don’t keep valuables in your car, leave your lights on at night, watch out for your neighbors when they are gone and report suspicious activity. Being aware and vigilant will help keep you, your family and property safe!

This is a reminder that the 2022 HOA Assessment is now due. Accounts with a balance will receive a $25 late fee and interest on January 15th.
