This is a reminder that the 2022 HOA Assessment is due January 1st. Notices were sent December 1st and all homeowners should have received it by now. If you have not received your notice, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com. If you are experiencing financial hardships, please contact the Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan. All late assessments will receive a late fee in addition to interest. Also, homeowners who pay late will not receive the $50 rebate check in February.
