This is a reminder that next Sunday, November 7th at 2pm is our HOA Annual Meeting, Everyone should have received their Annual meeting packet by now. If you have not, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com ASAP! It is very important that all members of the HOA be present to reach quorum. If you are unable to attend, please be sure to give your proxy to another homeowner. If you wish to attend via Zoom, please be sure to turn your participation form in by Saturday. Proxies and forms may be mailed to our PO Box or emailed to the Secretary. Proxies can also be given to the Secretary prior to the start of the meeting. Thank you!
