Congratulations to 2698, lot 15 and 2740, lot 22 on having the best Halloween decorations in the neighborhood! Our next contest will be held in December for the Best Holiday Decorations. Judging will happen on December 15th. Two winners will be chosen and will win a sign to display on their front yard and a $20 gift certificate to Home Depot.
