There will be a board meeting on Friday, September 24th at 7pm at the secretary’s house. The board will be preparing for the upcoming annual meeting. Members are always welcomed, however due to Covid, we ask that you submit any questions or concerns via email in lieu of attending in person. Thank you!

Congratulations to 2686, lot 13 on being this month’s Yard of the Month winner! This ends our Yard of the Month contest for the year, but we do have two more contests coming up. In October, we have the Best Halloween Decorations contest. Then, in December, the Best Holiday Decorations contest. In both contests, 2 homeowners will receive a sign to display for the month and a gift card from Home Depot. Winners will be announced on the 15th of each month. We look forward to seeing the neighborhood decorated for the season!!
