Assessments are due January 1, 2021. All accounts with a balance on January 15, 2021 will be considered overdue. Overdue accounts will receive a $25 late fee in addition to interest. If you are having difficulty paying your bill, please contact the treasurer- avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to set up a payment plan. Homeowners who meet the terms of their payment plan will not incur a late fee or interest.
