Please be sure to have your Virtual Participation Forms in by tomorrow, November 6th! Link to the meeting will be sent out on Friday night. It is very important that we reach a quorum (17 members, it’s harder to reach than you think!) in order to conduct business. Zoom is a great option for those who do not feel comfortable around a lot of people but wish to be an active participant in the HOA. Also, remember if you are unable to come to the meeting on Saturday to assign a neighbor as your proxy! You do have a choice in whether a person votes on your behalf or just represents you for quorum. You can also email the Secretary your proxy by Friday, if you wish to assign a board member as your proxy.
