This is a reminder that there will be an HOA Annual Meeting on Saturday, November 7th at 2pm (registration begins at 1:30pm). If you can not attend this meeting, we ask that you assign another member as your proxy. Proxies may be emailed/mailed and must be received by November 6th. Proxies not emailed/mailed must be given to the Secretary during registration, prior to the meeting starting. Those who do not feel comfortable attending the meeting in person, but would like to participate via ZOOM, need to have their forms emailed/mailed soon so they can be received by November 6th. It is very important all members attend in some way so we can reach a quorum. We will need to approve the 2021 budget and vote in a treasurer and president.
