The 2020 HOA assessment has been sent out.  Those receiving emails should have it today, Dec. 1st.  Assessments were mailed Nov. 30th and should arrive by Wednesday, December 4th.  If you do not receive your assessment notice, please contact the secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com.  Assessments are due January 1, 2020.  If you are experiencing a hardship and need to arrange a payment plan, please contact the president at avondaleglenpresident@gmail.com.  Thank you!
