Please remember that when you own a pet it is your responsibility to make sure they are not being a nuisance to your neighbors!  We have received many complaints this year concerning barking excessively, at night and wee hours of the morning, poop not being picked up and disposed properly and dogs being let off leash to roam neighbors yards.  This is not allowed in this neighborhood, nor in the city or county, which is where the rules come from.  City noise ordinance states no loud noises between 10pm-7am.  City also requires that dogs be on leash when out in public and that their waste be picked up and disposed properly.  Being a pet owner is a privilege, not a right.  If complaints continue, the board will have no choice but to implement consequences for not following the rules.

Also, please remember to pick up leaves from your yard.  We understand that it can feel like a never ending task but at this point most trees are bare and one more raking or blowing should finish the job.  Removing leaves from the street gutters would also be appreciated!  Thank you!

The HOA Board has received notice that dogs are being allowed to bark very early in the morning, waking residents up.  If you own a dog, please show courtesy to your neighbors and keep them inside between the hours of 10pm-7am.  Please refer to the CC&Rs section 9.10 to understand what is expected of pet owners and possible consequence if the issue is not dealt with.  Thank you!
