The last work party will be this Saturday, October 26th at 9am.  We have one spot left for the season.  If you are interested please respond to this post or send a message to avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com .  Volunteers earn a $15 credit towards their 2020 assessment for 30 minutes of work.  This last party we will focus on raking the common area.  Thanks!

Congratulations to lots 10 (2668) and 22 (2740) for having the best Halloween decorations!  Be sure to stop by Halloween night to check out their displays.  Next contest will be in December for the best holiday decorations.  Be sure to have your decorations by the 15th to have a chance to win a $20 gift card and a sign to display with pride!

There will be a board meeting on Wednesday, October 16th at 1pm.  Meeting will be held at the President’s house (2734).  This meeting is to approve annual meeting documents.   Members are welcome to attend the meeting, however, attendance is not necessary.

Hello everyone!  A neighbor has asked that we send a post asking if everyone could check their mailbox to see if they received a package that was delivered to them by mistake.  It would be a smaller sized package, one that could fit in the mailbox not left on the porch.  If you have it, please take it to the house it belongs to, or reply to this post and a board member will retrieve it.  Thank you!
