Last year, the board created the Party Crew, a 3 member committee that plans HOA events throughout the year.  This is a group all about fun!  If you like parties and potlucks this is the perfect way to contribute to the neighborhood.  Please contact the HOA President, Eric Rust, at avondaleglenpresident@gmail.com if are interested in participating.  Thank you!

With spring just around the corner, it’s time to start the Landscape Work Party program!  The schedule for 2019 can be viewed on the Work Party tab.  There will be a meeting on Saturday, March 23rd at 2pm to discuss the program, answer questions and sign up for spots.  Meeting will be held in the Secretary’s garage at 2740.  This year homeowners’ will receive $15 for each day volunteered toward their 2020 HOA assessment.  Hope to see you there!
