This is a reminder that the 2019 HOA assessment is due January 1, 2019, less than one week!  Unless you participated in the work party program, you owe $210.  We understand that money can be tight during the holidays.  If you need more time, please contact the treasurer to set up a payment plan.  Anyone who does not set up a payment plan and/or pay their assessment on time will receive a fine (CC&Rs section 4.12).
