Assessments have been mailed/emailed

The 2019 HOA assessment notice has been mailed/emailed today, November 27th.  For those who receive documents via email, you should have received that notice today.  Those receiving documents via mail should have their notice by Friday.  Please contact the HOA Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com if you have not received your notice.  Anyone experiencing financial hardships should contact the HOA Treasurer at avondaleglentreasurer@gmail.com to arrange a payment plan.  Remember assessments are due in full January 1, 2019.  Payments not received by this date will incur a late fee unless a payment plan has been arranged.  Thank you!

Annual Meeting Today!

There will be an Annual Meeting held today, November 3rd in the Secretary’s garage (2740).  Member sign in will begin at 1:30pm with a meeting start time of 2pm.  All proxies must be given to the Secretary during the sign in period prior to the meeting starting.  We look forward to see everyone there!
