This year’s Holiday Decorations Contest winners are 2698, lot 15 and 2759, lot 45.  Congratulations on having one of the best holiday displays in the neighborhood! If you haven’t already,  take the time to walk or drive around the neighborhood at night.  Our neighborhood really is beautiful (and bright!) with all the lights on!  We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday!

It’s time for the Holiday Decoration Contest!  The ACC will be coming around and voting for their favorite decorations on December 15th.  Two lucky winners will be awarded a $20 gift card for Home Depot.  So, dust off the old Santa display and untangle those lights and help make our neighborhood into a festive winter wonderland!  We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday!

The 2018 HOA Assessment will be mailed/emailed today, Dec. 1st.  Remember the assessment is due Jan. 1,2018.  All assessments past due will receive a late fee.  If your mortgage company pays your assessment, please make sure your information is correct.  Be sure to read the letter attached to the assessment.
