This is a reminder that this Saturday, November 4th at the Poulsbo Library we will be having our annual meeting. Sign in begins at 6:30pm. Meeting will start at 7pm. If you are unable to attend, please assign another neighbor as your proxy. Proxies must be given to the HOA Secretary prior to the meeting starting.

Final Work Party
This Saturday, October 28th at 9am will be the final work party of the year. There is one spot left. If you would like to weed/prune/rake the common area and receive a credit towards your 2018 HOA assessments, please contact the secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com . Thanks again to all who participated in this program. We hope many more will see value in this program and volunteer next year!
Annual meeting notice
The annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 4,2017 at 7pm. The meeting will be held at the Poulsbo library. Notices will be mailed on October 16, 2017. Those who have opted to receive HOA documents via email, should receive them today, October 15th. If this email is not in your inbox, please check your spam/trash folder and mark it as safe. If the email is no where to be found, please contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com . Remember, we need a minimum of 17 homes present to conduct HOA business. If you are unable to attend, please assign another homeowner as your proxy.
Halloween Decoration Contest
Halloween is just around the corner, which means it’s time for a friendly competition among neighbors for the best Halloween decorations! Two homes will be awarded a prize and a sign naming them as having the best decorations in the neighborhood. To be eligible, you must be a member in good standing (HOA assessments paid and no violations!) and your home must be decorated by October 15th. The ACC will choose their favorites and award prizes within a week after the deadline. Good luck and happy Halloween!
Volunteers needed
There are 2 work parties left for the year and we need help! Anyone who would be willing to prune/weed on October 14th and/or 28th at 9am should contact the Secretary at avondaleglensecretary@gmail.com . Volunteers who work 30 minutes will receive a $10 credit toward their 2018 HOA assessment. Thank you!
