The Board will be meeting on Tuesday, November 29th at 7pm.  Meeting will be held at the President’s house (2740).  The agenda will include President turnover, preparations for annual assessments, and discussion on ACC and ERC appointments.  Members are always welcome to attend and observe board meetings, however, attendance is not necessary.

Last night at the annual meeting, the membership voted in Scott Vousboukis as our new HOA President and Sheri Martinek as our new HOA Secretary.  Congratulations and  thank you for volunteering! Another big thank you to all who attended the meeting last night.  The meeting minutes have been posted for your viewing.

This is another reminder that there will be an Annual Meeting held tomorrow, Saturday, November 5th at the Poulsbo Library.  Registration will begin at 6:30pm and the meeting will start at 7pm.  If you are unable to attend, please assign someone as your proxy.  We will be voting in a new President and Secretary, so it is very important you are present.
