Last night the Board appointed Karen Knezevich as the new ACC Chairperson.  Congratulations Karen and thank you for volunteering!  Due to a lack of interest, the remaining 2 ACC positions and Secretary position will remain empty.  President and Treasurer will fill the ACC positions and the President will continue to perform the Secretary duties.  We will hold an election at the next Annual Meeting in November to fill the Secretary seat.  The President’s term will also be up and voted on as well.

There will be a board meeting on August 17,2016 @7pm.  Meeting will be held at  Safeway (lounge area).  The agenda will include ACC appointments and vote on maintenance standards.

Saturday, August 6th at 4pm, we will be having our community potluck.  We will meet in front of house #2740.  HOA will provide the hot dogs.  Please bring a chair and a dish to share!

There will be a board meeting on Wednesday, August 3rd at 10am at President’s home(2740).  The agenda will include preparations for community potluck, maintenance standards and discussion on positions to be filled.
