When the weather warms up, outdoor projects begin.  Please remember to submit for approval prior to having work done.  Projects needing approval include but not limited to sheds, exterior house painting, pergolas, decks, spas, playground equipment, etc.  If you plan to do work to your house and your not sure if you need approval, contact the President or submit the form!  It takes no time and the answer from the ACC is given relatively quickly.  You can find forms under the “ACC policy, forms and info” tab.

Spring is here and so are the Tent Caterpillars!  All around the neighborhood cotton candy like cocoons can be seen in the trees and shrubs.  If left unchecked, these nuisances can damage plant-life and make a mess of your yard.  Now is the time to inspect your trees, especially the red leaf plum trees.  To keep the infestations under control, it’s best to remove the sacs before the caterpillars hatch.
