March 7-11 Todd Ingalsbe, the HOA Landscaper, will be doing a spring clean up of the front common area. If a homeowner is interested in having work done to their yard at the same time, you can contact Todd at ingalsbetodd@hotmail.com . His prices are as followed: $30 to aerate lawn, $30 to mow the plugs, $35 to fertilize the lawn. This is for informative purposes only. Homeowners choosing to hire Todd do so at their own risk. It is the homeowners responsibility to negotiate the work to be done, not the HOA!

A message from the ERC
This message is from the Emergency Response Committee captain, Kristen Vousboukis:
The Emergency Response Committee is seeking one additional member to complete our initiative. Neighborhoods all over our area are organizing for emergencies such as natural disasters. Avondale Glen has been asked to join the Poulsbo community as part of this response coordination. What will we be doing? We are participating in a neighborhood mapping, developing emergency supply lists and making a plan for checking in with our neighbors to ensure safety for all. This committee can be as much or little as we want it to be, but for the essential function, it’s recommended to have 1 committee member for every 12-15 homes. The commitment involves mostly planning and should not demand too much time. Is this something you might be interested in? Please let a board member know, or you can message me with any questions.
ACC meeting
The ACC will be having a meeting on February 24, 2016 at 7pm. Meetings are held at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305 in their lounge area. Observers are welcome to attend.
Please send in your email consent forms
A couple of weeks ago, homeowners were asked to sign an email consent form. As of today, only 12 forms have been returned. The Board would very much like to improve our communications and save money for the HOA. Right now our only means of communication is by sending first class mailings and posting on this website. If you haven’t turned a form in yet, please consider doing so. The forms can be found under the “ACC Policies, Forms and Info” tab. To the 12 who have turned your forms in, THANK YOU!! Please help us spread the word and encourage your neighbors to sign up.
We have a new committee!
Last night the board appointed Kristen Vousboukis and Steve Meredith to the newly formed Emergency Response Committee. Thank you Kristen and Steve for volunteering your time! The ERC will be attending a city wide seminar about earthquake preparedness in April. We need one more volunteer! This committee will provide a valuable service to this neighborhood in times of emergency. If you have questions or are interested in volunteering, please contact the President.
Board Meeting
We will be having a board meeting on Wednesday, February 17th at 7pm. Meetings are held at the Safeway on the corner of Lincoln and 305 in their lounge area. The agenda will include fines for late assessments, discussion on possible Resolution 1 reform, and formation of the Emergency Response committee. We are still looking for volunteers for the Emergency Response committee. Anyone interested can contact the President or you may inquire about it at the meeting.
